Should I start with one employee or a team?
It depends on the task. Start with intake or appointment follow-up, then connect other roles if needed. Scope is agreed before development.
Is an AI employee a character on a screen?
It is a software role with a task, information, permissions and a workflow. A visual or voice character can be added when useful; its purpose and format are defined in the project scope.
Will it send messages and confirm requests on its own?
We agree this with you. Replies, contracts and bookings can be prepared for review first. Sensitive actions require the approvals defined for your workflow.
Can it connect to my existing system?
We first review its interfaces and permissions, then define feasible integrations. Some services require provider accounts, subscriptions or approvals.
Does it run locally or on a server?
Hosting is selected for your requirements. We explain what stays local and what reaches AI providers or external services as part of the integration scope.
How is pricing determined?
By tasks, roles, integrations, review requirements and deliverables. The written proposal separates build, running and support costs. There is no single price for every business.
